Description:
•Prepare the mise-en-place having all the ingredients needed for cooking ready as per kitchen standards
•Minimize waste while cutting, portioning and chopping food
•Set-up the station with par stocks of menu items before the start of the shift
•Store all food products properly in the correct location and correct standards of labeling, dating and storing
•Follow the cleaning schedule for the kitchen and maintain the assigned station clean at all times
•Cook food according to recipe, quality, preparation and presentation standards
Qualifications for Commi for Cold Section:
•Knows how to make all Lebanese cold mezza & salad (cold section)
•Speaking English & understand Arabic
•Minimum 2 years of F&B experience as commis.
•Any nationality but prefer Lebanese
Qualifications for Commi for Hot Section:
•Must have 3 + year experience on hot section in Lebanese or Arabic restaurant in UAE
•Speaking English & understand Arabic
•Any nationality but prefer Lebanese
