Description:
gotomea is hiring a logistic specialist with at least 3 years experience in:
– Managing shipping agents to insure shipments to customer are on time
– Able to insure all the shipping documents are in order and on time
– Documenting and filling all the shipping documents through a verified system as to insure easy accesses when needed
– Following up with the sales organization and the customers for any needed support ensuring the timely departure of the shipments
– Informing the sales department and customers on shipment status on regular basis
– Issue Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and Packing List
– Have the ability and experience to source different shipments from different suppliers and consolidating shipments and shipping to customers with an effective and efficient approach
– Have knowledge and experience in shipping to different parts of the world through, sea, air and land routes
– Have the experience to follow government regulation on both destinations and insure all needed applications and approvals are done in time with no errors
Basic Salary 2500 AED
Housing and petrol allowance 1000 AED
Total Monthly salary – 3500 AED
