A newly set up Real Estate Brokerage Company based at Emaar Business Park, Dubai is seeking to enter the Real estate brokerage business in Dubai, U.A.E and require Commercial estate agents. The job description and requirements are mentioned below:
-At least 2-5 years of Dubai Commercial real estate experience both in Buying/Selling and leasing of commercial properties and plots.
-Experience of dealing with corporate clients, large landlords and selling/leasing of bulk units.
-Proven capacity for building identifying and building client relationships. Should have database of potential clients and landlords.
-Significant knowledge of at least two commercial districts of the city.
– Knowledge of various Commercial and Industrial property types like office, retail space, warehouse, land plots etc. Off –plan specialists would also be considered.
-Should have basic knowledge of Dubai land department’s Trakheesi system, contracts & permit apply, listing in various property portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut etc.
– A Bachelor’s degree is a basic requirement and relevant real estate qualifications would be seen favorably.
– A Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
