We are looking to hire an Sous Chef / Chef de Partie with minimum experience in similar position: 3 Years
The restaurant place in Fujairah ( abstract boho )
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Be in charge of the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement.
2- Create and develop menus and recipes.
3- Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards.
4- Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the restaurant.
5- Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire restaurant.
6-Maintain the branding and the quality of every meal.
7-Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections.
8-Be responsible for the development of menu .
9-Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.
10 -Support the Head Chef in daily operation
salary range is AED 2k – 3k for Chef de Partie
salary range is AED 3k – 5k for Sous Chef
