An upcoming real estate brokerage based out of Emaar Business Park, Dubai seeks an accountant. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
– 1-3 years of local work experience, ideally having worked in an accountancy firm or a real estate brokerage in a similar role.
– Degree in accountancy or dual with finance or economics is a must and other relevant qualifications will be seen favorably.
– Through knowledge and experience of the U.A.E VAT guidelines and filing procedures.
– Through knowledge of preparing various financial statements and knowledge of book keeping, Ledger Reconciliation, invoice generation and management.
– Deep knowledge of working with various accountancy software and tools.
