-Manage all payments from owners for their apartments, and commissions payable to agencies as well
– Accurate bookkeeping records to be entered in the ERP system
Prepare business financial reports in areas of income, expenses, capital usage, and cash -flow, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets, and financial forecast
-Manage an accurate record for accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
-Handles financial transactions such as verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.
-Administer all payment transactions including, printing, obtaining signatory from management and clients, and distribution of checks as necessary.
-Manage audit and ensure that proper financial documentation.
· Prepare various documents related to Sales of property, including but not limited to electronic SPA, Reservation form, Contracts A, B & F, Vacancy Letter, Termination Notice, Letters to third parties, Quotations and others as required.
· Organize and monitor proper filing system of the documents pertaining to sales and rentals
· Safekeeping security deposit, commission cheques, and other sales related fees until date of property transfer.
· Prepare a detailed statement defining the obligations of the Buyer and Seller for the completion of transfer.
· Deal effectively with all administration and documentation relating to shared ownership, preparing confirmation of sale details, ensuring all files and sales database are up to date and documentation is processed in accordance with set policies and procedures, within agreed time frames and for auditing purposes.
· Prepare proof of payment such as Purchase Receipt and Cheques/Cash Handover Form and coordinate with the Chief Accountant for filing of such payment documentation
· Coordinate with the operations department and monitor utility registration (DEWA, Empower, etc.) and submitting request for final bill and clearance certificate on behalf of the client.
· Provide ad hoc administrative support to Sales Agents, and CEO as assigned
Mandatory requirements:
Real Estate Experience is a MUST
Excellent communication skills
Finance degree
With valid UAE driving license
