Job Responsibilities:
◦ Conducting fitness assessments to establish client fitness and skill level
◦ Teach clients on the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimise the risk of injury
◦ Weekly measurement, pictures and diet checkup of clients actively attending their sessions
◦ Bi-monthly measurement, pictures and diet checkup of clients who are not regularly attending their sessions
◦ Engage with gym members, help them, build rapport and get them to sign up for the sessions and coaching packages during free times
◦ Keeping up to date with the latest personal training techniques and best practise
◦ Creating and maintaining positive, professional and trusting relationships with clients
◦ Accurately recording your clients’ training sessions and tracking relevant paperwork
◦ Communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner
◦ Instructing clients to use gym equipment properly to complete their workout
◦ Enforce all gym policies and safety rules to reduce the chance of any accidents and to maintain a safe and comfortable environment in which clients can exercise
◦ Clean and maintain all fitness equipment so that it is ready for clients to use at any time
◦ Coaches don’t have the right to change the diet and workout program. Management approval will be required.
◦ 1 hour full session with mobility and stretches
◦ Weekly meetings and training with head coach
Job Requirements:
◦ Experience in sales is preferable
• Ability to inspire clients
• Excellent people skills to enable you to work with a range of individuals with different backgrounds and motivations
• High levels of enthusiasm and drive
• A love of health and fitness
• Look presentable and fit
• Good hygiene
• Team-oriented
• Wear only the Alfa dress code
• Follow company social media rules
• Working hours will depend on clients’ booked sessions
