Team Cozmo has captains and crew with certified training by the Marine Authority holding valid operating licenses and have extensive knowledge of the local cruising area.
Responsibilities
1. Manage queries via calls, whatsapp, emails and form submissions
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customers queries
3. Built rapport and establish long term relationship with customers
4. Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information’s to the clients
6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 1-2 Years experience in handling sales and customer support
2. Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
3. Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation and closing
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Strong influencing skills
