We are seeking an energetic, creative Social-Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning our branding guidelines and expose them as identity.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent/Fluent spoken and written English language is required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or any related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years Proven work experience in social media & digital marketing.
4. Hands on experience in digital marketing and an ability to execute CTA and peruse ROI.
5. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
6. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
7. Ability to plan and perform ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns.
8. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
9. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and LinkedIn marketing/ad knowledge and experience.
10. Familiarity with web design and publishing.
11. Shopify marketing and analytics experience.
12. Graphic design and photography skills
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid team player.
14. An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
15. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
16. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
17. Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
SM Coordinator’s skills:
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Implement using social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite etc
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• The ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
• Hire and train others in the team.
• Provide constructive feedback.
