A female Telesales specialist is needed to join a fun, active and growing team.

Your goal in this career is to make it more likely that you succeed in closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities
· Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
· Asking questions to engage customer and keep the conversation going.
· Gathering and documenting customer information, needs and reaction to our offering.
· Answer questions about the offer or the company.
· Reconnect with old leads and update them about new offerings and services.
· keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.

Qualifications
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roles.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone and able to handle rejections.
· Excellent customer service skills.
