VY Fitness club is hiring GX Manager;
-Previous Personal Training and/or Fitness Management experience
-Current Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Strong interpersonal, and communication skills. Able to generate, maintain, and demonstrate an engaging, friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
-Possess a strong member service focus. Responds professionally to requests and inquiries from team members, management, clients, and members.
-Possess a passion for fitness and knowledge of the fitness industry.
-Maintains working knowledge of wellness and trends to provide effective information and support to members.
-Actively recruits and retains group exercise participants.
-Connect and engage with participants during class.
-Motivate members in support of meeting personal and program goals.
-Enforce all safety rules fairly, consistently with tact and respect.
